Request for Proposals for Annual Service Agreements Walker River Housing Department (WRHD) located at 1063 Hospital Road, Schurz, Nevada 89427 is requesting proposals for Annual Service Agreements from qualified companies on an as-needed basis. Electrical: Must be licensed in the State of Nevada and able to provide services to the Housing Department. A contract for services will be for electric repair or wiring, modifications, or repair work for the Tribe to enter into an agreement with a successful proposal for the service. Service will be provided on an as needed basis. HVAC Heating and Air: Must be licensed in the State of Nevada and able to provide services to the Housing Department. A contract for services will be for heating and cooling repairs or replace work for the Tribe to enter into an agreement with a successful proposal for the service. Service will be provided on an as needed basis. Flooring: Must be licensed in the State of Nevada and able to provide services to the Housing Department. A contract for services will be for flooring repairs, maintenance, or new installation of flooring for the Tribe to enter into an agreement with a successful proposal for the service. Service will be provided on an as needed basis. Please be advised, local tribal laws shall apply. Tribal Employment Rights Office (TERO), Tax Ordinance and the Business License Code will be enforced for the services. Copies of the TERO, Tax Ordinance and Business License Code will be provided upon request. It is the responsibility of the contractor to obtain specific requirements of the TERO and Tax Code from the departments. The Request for Proposals is non-restricted, but Indian Preference applies to the award of this contract in accordance with Regulations 24 CFR 1000.52, Section 7 (b) of the Indian Self Determination and Education Assistance Act U.S.C. 450 (b), and the Walker River Paiute Tribe, Procurement and Property Management Policy & Procedure Manual.
