The Work will consist of: Scope of work includes renovation and medical equipment replacement/upgrades including installation of new imaging equipment system, renovation of finishes (wall and floor), new cabinets and replacement of existing ceilings: Existing gamma camera room (room 49) and treadmill room (room 50) is renovated to create larger scanner room (room 49). Control desk (room 52) located outside of scanner room, with viewing window. The existing technician office (room 52) is renovated into an open tech work area (room 52a), Existing break room (room 57) and gamma camera alcove (room 56) are renovated to create a stress test room (room 60), to replace the existing treadmill (room 50); Renovation of existing utility room (room 38), dressing room (room 38a), linen (room 38b), toilet (room 40), into soiled utility (room 61) and clean room (room 62); Renovation / accessibility upgrades to the existing women restroom (room 66), all gender restroom (room64) and replacement of drinking fountains and alcove. Equipment installation includes elevating table, system cabinet, wall stand, grip holder, detector bin, main disconnect panel, tether interface box, computer cart, partial ups.
