Low Pressure Sanitary Sewer Check Valve Replacement - Contract No.1 The Project includes the following work: Removal and replacement of approximately 800 existing low pressure sanitary sewer lateral check valves, including excavation, valve removal, new check valve installation (including ancillary pipe, fittings, couplings, etc.), backfill and compaction, and site restoration. Note, Roamingwood Sewer & Water Association has procured the piping, valves, and fittings to accomplish the check valve replacement and will furnish them to the selected Contractor for installation.

Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Call in advance to order a set of Bidding Documents. Prospective Bidders must register with the Issuing Office as a plan holder. The Issuing Office will maintain and periodically update addenda, lists of registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the Issuing Office to those registered as plan holders with the Issuing Office.
