Saving Project...

Remodeling of an educational facility in Heber City, Utah. Conceptual plans call for the remodel of a educational facility.

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFSQ) is to solicit proposals to enter into a contract with a qualified offeror to obtain Architectural Design Services for the Wasatch Campus Remodel for Utah Valley University. This includes but not limited to, demolition, new buildout of offices, reception and event spaces, folding partition, finishes, HVAC upgrades, lighting, power/data, and extension of the existing desk (1,140 SF) with a new exterior stair. The University is examining several alternatives of providing this product and/or construction and may decide, after reviewing proposals submitted, not to enter into any agreement. UVU Wasatch Campus address is 3111 North College Way Heber City, Utah. All questions must be received by June 19, 2024, by 7:00 a.m. The Universitys anticipated completion date is January 2026
