Reference Number 0000353099 Job Location: Irma Drive, Northglenn, CO Question Deadline 06/13/2024 at 5:00 PM MT Questions are submitted online No The City is soliciting the installation of two (2) pedestrian crossings, crossing Irma Drive between E. 112th Avenue and E. 104th Avenue. July Notice of Award The City reserves the right to reject any late submittals. TIME OF WORK A. The Contractor shall complete all work required by these specifications within (45) calendar days. The starting time for the Contract shall be ten (10) calendar days following the date of the Notice to Proceed. Working hours shall be 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Monday through Friday. A working day shall be defined as any day, exclusive of Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, on which weather and other conditions not under the control of the Contractor will permit construction to proceed for a minimum of one half (1/2) of the day with a normal working force. See Trade Contractor Agreement. The Contractor shall be responsible for submitting a schedule for all work to be performed. This schedule shall be updated weekly and resubmitted to the Engineer for acceptance.
