The Contractor shall furnish all material, labor, equipment and services necessary for, and incidental to, the High Zone and Low Zone Fence Replacement specified. The work is located in Northglenn. The High Zone is located at 104th and Ura Lane, Northglenn, CO 80234 and the Low Zone is located at 11201 Cherokee Lane, Northglenn, CO 80233. Prospective bidders should make themselves familiar with the location of the work and all potential access points so as to facilitate progress of the work in a well-organized fashion. Reference Number 0000362049 Job Location: (1) 104th & Ura Ln and (2) 11201 Cherokee Ln The City of Northglenn is seeking a qualified contractor to replace the fencing around the High Zone Tank (104th & Ura Ln) and Low Zone Tank (11201 Cherokee Ln). The proposal should include all materials, labor, equipment, subcontracts and incidentals required to replace the fencing as described in this bid package.
