A vendor may withdraw their bid at any time prior to the expiration of the final date and time set for receipt of bids. Withdrawal notification must be in written form, and must be received in the Offices of the City Clerk prior to the closing date and time. It is expressly understood and agreed that the City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive formalities, and accept the bid which appears to be in the City's best interest. The Contractor shall furnish all material, labor, equipment and services necessary for, and incidental to, the 2024 Residential Concrete Program and Greenway Trails. LOCATION OF WORK The work is located throughout the City of Northglenn. Prospective bidders should make themselves familiar with the location of the work and all potential access points so as to facilitate progress of the work in a well-organized fashion TIME OF WORK The Contractor shall complete all work required by these specifications within sixty (60) calendar days. The starting time for the Contract shall be ten (10) calendar days following the date of the Notice to Proceed. Working hours shall be 7:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. Monday through Friday. A working day shall be defined as any day, exclusive of Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, on which weather and other conditions not under the control of the Contractor will permit construction to proceed for a minimum of one half (1/2) of the day with a normal working force.
