The Project includes the following Work: Renovations of existing Harbor Master building including construction of covered seating area as an addition to the existing building, lighting and electrical, new metal roofing for entire building including addition, new building cupola, and cleaning and painting of existing building facade. Doc Notes : Prospective Bidders may obtain or examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office as described below.
