1. Power Wash Exterior Roof System.
2. Install Carlisle Fleeceback Black EPDM in Flexible FAST Adhesive or equivalent.
-Alternative Manufacturers must be submitted before the question deadline for
review and approval by the City.
3. Walk mats to match the existing layout.
4. 20-Year Warranty.
5. Prefinished 24-gauge shop fabricated cap metal with continuous cleat, per
manufacturers details.
6. Galvanized 24-gauge counter flash at roof to wall terminations.
7. Galvanized 24-gauge shop fabricated slip flashing at curbs/RTU.
8. Excludes any metals not at roof level.
9. Color Black.
10. Lifting, equipment and dumpsters to be provided by Contractor.
11. Permitting included with Prospective Contractors BID. All taxes excluded.
12. Installation. In advance of any Work, the Contractor will submit full specifications and
manufacturer information for the products and systems proposed for use on City
