The project scope includes new dugouts and a new pressbox, concessions and restroom building for the softball field, along with new paving, lighting and backstop. All work for this project must comply and be in strict accordance with the Kentucky Building Code, Kentucky Plumbing Code, Kentucky Boiler Code, NFPA, ADA, NEC and all local codes and regulations. D. In general (as a minimum) all materials and equipment must be installed in strict accordance with manufacturer's requirements; and provided with all required controls, internal fusing, relays, piping connections, electrical connections, etc., to provide for complete and operable systems. E. All equipment shall be manufactured within 24 months of bid date, no exceptions. Any equipment installed outside of this timeframe shall be removed and replaced to meet this requirement at no additional cost to the owner. A.
