Site work and paving for a civil project in Southaven, Mississippi. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Snowden Lane Widening Bids are for all labor and materials required to widen Snowden lane from a 2 lane open ditch section to a 3 lane curb and gutter section with a center turn lane. Construction will also consist of storm drainage improvements and an 8' wide multi-use trail in the City of Southaven, Mississippi. The total Contract Time will be 270 consecutive calendar days and the liquidated damages will be $600.00 per consecutive calendar day thereafter. The City of Southaven reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any information and irregularities therein, solicit new bids, award the bid to the lowest and best bidder.
