Site work for a water / sewer project in Southaven, Mississippi. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Bids are for the conversion of the City's existing water system to a fixed network meter reading system utilizing a secure public cellular network. This project general includes the removal and replacement of approximately 19,000 meters of various sizes and the conversion of the existing manual read meter system to an advanced metering infrastructure system. The total Contract Time will be 300 consecutive calendar days and the liquidated damages will be $500.00 per consecutive calendar day thereafter. The City of Southaven reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any information and irregularities therein, solicit new bids, award the bid to the lowest and best bidder.
