This project generally includes storm drainage cleaning, joint repairs, inlet repairs, junction box repairs, and centrifugally cast concrete pipe repair of an existing corrugated metal arch pipe. Proj. No. 110921-197 The total Contract Time will be 150 consecutive calendar days and the liquidated damages will be $600.00 per consecutive calendar day thereafter. Minority and women's business enterprises are solicited to bid on this contract as prime contractors and are encouraged to make inquiries regarding potential subcontracting opportunities and equipment, material, and/or supply needs. The City is utilizing Federal assistance for the construction of the project and is subject to U.S. Treasury's regulations governing ARPA, and all applicable terms and conditions in 2 C.F.R.
