The proposed project scope includes the following: Complete replacement of the roofing system excluding the multi-purpose room and portables, ceiling replacement, wall repair and repainting, replacement of the existing rooftop HVAC units with new rooftop units, new structural reinforcement at HVAC units, electrical service upgrades to support HVAC units, lighting upgrades, new ductwork in 1957 wing, and plumbing (gas) revisions as required for the new HVAC equipment If Offeror proposal price is greater than $25,000, Offeror shall provide proposal security in the form of a surety bond executed by a surety company authorized to do business in the State of New Mexico in the amount of 5% of the total price proposal, or the equivalent in cash by means of a cashier's check or in a form satisfactory to the Owner, must accompany each price proposal in accordance with the Instructions to Offerors. A 100% Performance Bond and a 100% Payment and Materials Bond executed by a surety company authorized to do business in the State of New Mexico shall be required from the successful Offeror prior to award of contract. The amount of the Bonds shall be the proposal price exclusive of gross receipts tax.
