Hot Mix Asphalt Dona Ana County is requesting from qualified vendors to provide hot mix asphalt. The County is interested in entering into an agreement with a firm or firms from the time of award until June 30, 2025, with the option to renew at the discretion of the County for additional three (3) one year terms. Pursuant to 13-1-153 NMSA 1978 of the NM Procurement Code the County reserves the right to multi award this ITB. The estimated yearly quantities shown are for the purpose of bid evaluation only. Items will be ordered on an "as needed" indefinite quantity basis. CLARIFICATIONS - Any inquiries or requests regarding clarification of this procurement document shall be submitted to the Procurement Officer in writing.
