Renovation of an office development in Riondel, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a office development.
The Regional District of Central Kootenay is inviting Quotes for the Riondel Curling Club Lounge Roof Repair project. Work will consist of: Remove existing sheet metal flashings and dispose. Remove existing tar and gravel membrane to the roof deck and dispose. Supply and install ¼” plywood Supply and install 2 ply SBS membrane. Supply and install new scupper drains Supply and install new custom fabricated 26g sheet metal flashings. Leave the site clean and tidy. Provide 5 year workmanship warranty and 10- year manufacturer’s guarantee.
