Question Deadline 06/11/2024 at 2:00 PM PT This Request for Proposals (the "RFP") is an invitation by the City of Abbotsford (the "City") to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Garbage Removal and Unauthorized Encampments Clean Up Services, as further described in the RFP documents. The City is seeking up to two (2) contractors for providing the services, the successful proponents will be awarded work based on a "first Right of Refusal" model beginning with the highest ranked proponent. If the highest ranked proponent does not respond to the immediate communication or they decline the work, the work will be assigned to the other successful proponent. The term of the agreement is for a period of four years running from July 31, 2024 to July 30, 2028, with two 1-year optional extensions.
