The intent of this Request for Quotation is to establish a two-year Blanket Purchase Order with three one-year renewal options, or a combination thereof, for the purchase of backflow testing and repair service for the City of Santa Rosa in compliance with the specifications, terms, conditions identified within the RFQ. The City reserves the right to award all or none, or split award between sections. Contractor must possess a valid Backflow Testers certification issued by AWWA, a current C-36 Contractors License with the State of California and be on the City of Santa Rosa Water Department Approved Testers list.
