(.97Mi.) by 20ft. - pulverizing, staking to 24 ft., rough grading and compacting existing base. - Final grade, water and compact prior to paving. - Pave 4" WISDOT HMA blacktop mat [2-layers at 2.25" & 1.75" thick] incl 2- large farm approaches, [2,694 ton] - 3MT-5828S on the lower layer & 4MT5828H on the upper layer - Apply a 2FT shoulder using [549 ton] of 3.4" crushed gravel. - Alternate quote for EBS if needed including stone backfill per cubic yard 2 - WINTER ROAD - (HWY. '45' to Sunny Rd.] 3,925ft. (.75Mi.) by 20ft. - pulverizing, staking to 24ft., rough grading and compacting existing base. - Final grade, water and compact prior to paving. - Pave 4" WISDOT HMA blacktop mat [2-layers at 2.25" & 1.75" thick] incl 2- large farm approaches. [2,094 ton] - 3MT-5828S on the lower layer & 4MT5828H on the upper layer - Apply a 2FT shoulder using [414 ton] of 3/4" crushed gravel. - Alternative quote for EBS if needed including stone backfill per cubic yard 5/23(2) WNAXLP. The town reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. Insurance: The contractor shall furnish and deliver to the Town of Eden a certificate of insurance for worker's compensation and an umbrella certificate of liability and property insurance in the minimum amount of $1,000,000.00 prior to awarding bids.
