**As of April 24, 2025, the project was awarded to Ripon Lime & Materials Inc, with an awarded amount of $1,393,533.84.** The work for which bids are asked includes the approximate following quantities: 1,000 LF of sanitary sewer (8" PVC) and laterals along with associated sanitary sewer work; 1,000 L.F. of water main (8" PVC) and services; 700 LF of storm sewer (12" RCP) and associated storm structure work; 5,100 S.Y. aggregate base installation; 4,300 S.Y. of asphalt pavement; 12,000 S.F. of concrete sidewalk; 2,200 L.F. concrete curb and gutter, 3,700 S.F. concrete driveway approach; 3,000 S.Y. topsoil and seeding; as well as all related work including unclassified excavation, erosion control, traffic control, contaminated removal, and soils site restoration. No proposal will be accepted unless accompanied by a certified check or bid bond equal to at least 5% of the amount bid, payable to the Owner as a guarantee that, if the bid is accepted, the bidder will execute and file the proper contract and bond within 15 days after the award of the contract. The certified check or bid bond will be returned to the bidder as soon as the contract is signed, and if after 15 days the bidder shall fail to do so, the certified check or bid bond shall be forfeited to the Owner as liquidated damages. No bidder may withdraw their bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
