Rehabilitation of the Harrison Avenue Elevated Water Tank generally described as follows: Exterior: Remove existing coating by blasting all areas back to bare metal. Replace coating by applying three coats. Interior Wet: Blast areas with corrosion and pitting; spot prime areas with exposed steel prior to applying two coats. Areas not exhibiting corrosion or pitting shall be brush blasted prior to applying two coats. *The value for this project is based on a financial range of $500,000 to $1,000,000.
