Regional Overhead Door Maintenance. Question Deadline 06/04/2024 at 2:00 PM MT Questions shall be submitted individually through Public Purchase by Questions submitted after the deadline may not be considered. PROJECT BACKGROUND: The Wyoming Military Department (WYMD) is requesting bids for maintenance of the overhead garage doors (refer to Bid Attachment A below for a complete listing of doors) at various facilities located throughout the State of Wyoming, including but not limited to: Afton, Casper, Cheyenne. Douglas. Evanston, Gillette. Lander, Laramie. Lovell. Rock Springs. Sheridan, Torrington, Wheatland, and Worland, as specified below. The WYMD reserves the right to make multiple or no bid awards if deemed to be in the best interest of the State. The resulting contract is not a guarantee that services will be required or purchased under the contract. The agency will not be obligated to make any purchase there under, should no services be required. Each payment obligation of the WYMD is conditioned upon the availability of government funds, which are appropriate d or allocated for the payment of this obligation. If funds are not allocated and available for the continuance of the services p erformed by the awarded bidder(s), the agreement may be terminated by the WYMD at the end of the period for which the funds are available.
