This project will not be put out to bid for consturction. *Previous solicitation listed below for reference:* The City of Cheyenne ("City") is currently seeking proposals for the following work as specified: The City of Cheyenne (City) is requesting fee proposals from a qualified consultant with experience in Historic Preservation (Consultant) for professional services to conduct a conditions assessment, create a restoration and construction plan, and assist with restoration management of the Cheyenne Pumphouse, located at 1504 Ames Ave, Cheyenne WY, 82001. The objective here is to develop and support a strategy aimed at restoring the Pumphouse to meet the criteria for listing on the National Register of Historic Places (NRHP), while concurrently facilitating renovations to enable its conversion into office space. This RFP is for the selection of one (1) qualified consultant. The general improvements desired are identified in the scope of work description below.
