Renovation of a municipal facility in Potosi, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
HVAC Equipment and Installation for three (3) separate storage areas. One area is 900 sq. ft., one area is 400 sq. ft., and one area is 200 sq. ft. Bid for one (1) heat pump and three (3) cassettes. Gold Medal Safety Padding for an 8 ft. x 8 ft. square room with a 10 ft. tall ceiling and one 36" x 80" door with food port which will also require padding. 80' of Wood Framed Wall by 9'6" tall with a 3' x 6' 8" steal security door in a steel knock-down jamb with a Schlage Premis core dead bolt and store-room handle set. Wall will be built on concrete with treated plates, 4" studs at 16' O.C., horizontal blocking every 30". Wall will have two (2) 90 degree corners and will be covered with 26 gauge white ribbed metal on both sides, attached with liner panel fasteners.
