Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Mize, Mississippi. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

The work shall consist of the construction of playground equipment, restroom renovations, and parking improvements at Clear Creek Park, Mize, MS. Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond, certified check or cashier's check in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the Bid shall be furnished by each Bidder as required by the Contract Documents. Scope of Work: The work to be performed under this contract consists of the construction of playground equipment, restroom improvements, and parking improvements with appurtenant items as illustrated on the Construction Drawings. Specific items of work shall be as authorized and directed by the Engineer upon examination of field conditions, and the Engineer shall control the sequence of work. All work is to be performed in strict accordance with these specifications, the Construction Drawings and regulations of governmental agencies having authority over this project. Time and Completion and Liquidated Damages: Bidder must agree to commence work on or before a date to be specified in a written Notice to Proceed by the Owner and to fully complete the contract within 120 calendar days.
