West Virginia University on behalf of its Board of Governors ("BOG") located in Morgantown, West Virginia ("WVU" or "University") is initiating this Request for Bids ("RFB") from qualified, experienced, and licensed Contractors for the addition and replacement of the wall and rail padding currently located at the Kendrick Family Ballpark at the Monongalia County Baseball Complex in Granville, WV. The selected Supplier shall provide and install the new padding per specifications contained herein. Locations, details, and examples of the padding are shown in the attached photos.
