Renovation of a municipal facility in New Cumberland, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Hancock County Commission is soliciting bid proposals from qualified companies to provide the Hancock County Courthouse with a comprehensive replacement and update of our security camera system and provide panic alert buttons throughout the complex of the Hancock County Courthouse and neighboring Family Court facilities located at 102 N. Court Street New Cumberland WV 26047. In addition, companies must provide a video storage solution, which partners with the security cameras, to store, manage, retrieve and share captured digital video. Potential vendors must demonstrate experience in designing and maintaining security cameras and panic alert systems, and backend server solutions. The intent of this request for bid proposal is to replace the current security camera systems and panic alert systems for the safety of the public and employees of the Hancock County Commission and Family Court noting ease of use, functionality, recording and storage capabilities. Bid proposals that do not include the mandatory items as provided in the instructions will not be considered. Right to Refuse or Reject: The Hancock County Commission reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to accept in whole or in part, to add or delete quantities, and to accept or reject any bid which deviates from specifications when in the best interest of Hancock County.
