Renovation of a parking garage in New Cumberland, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a parking garage.
City of New Cumberland will be accepting sealed bids to replace the roof at the Municipal garage, located at 378 Sedgewick Street, New Cumberland, WV 26047. If any bid documents are missing the bid will be considered non-responsive and will be returned to the Bidder. Any Contractor submitting a bid on this project hereby certifies, indicates, and acknowledges that he/she holds a current West Virginia Contractors License on the date of Bid Opening and meets all the qualifications required by statues of the state and subdivision in which the work is to be performed. The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals received, and to accept any proposal which it deems most favorable.
