Site work for a water / sewer project in New Cumberland, West Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Contract 2024-01 - Force Main Installation of approximately 16,000 LF of 8" sanitary force main, cleanouts, air release valves and railroad crossings as shown on the plans. A five percent (5%) Bid Bond or certified cashier's check must accompany all bids. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Work shall be substantially complete within 450 days and completed and ready for final payment within 510 days. Liquidated damages of $1,000 per day for not meeting substantial completion, and $500 per day for not meeting final completion.
