Site work and renovation of a civil project in New Cumberland, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Contract 2024-03 - Pump Stations Installation of the Newell, Grant Street, and Midway Pump Stations including site work, installation of the wet well, valve vault, piping, fencing, equipment pads, pumps, dual auger system, electrical work, odor control system, and other items shown on the plans. Work also includes the installation of one grinder pump and associated low pressure force main. A five percent (5%) Bid Bond or certified cashier's check must accompany all bids. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids. No Bidder may withdraw his bid within 90 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Work shall be substantially complete within 450 days and completed and ready for final payment within 510 days. Liquidated damages of $1,000 per day for not meeting substantial completion, and $500 per day for not meeting final completion.
