Renovation of a municipal facility in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Manitoba Public Insurance requires Tenders from Vendors to obtain an offer to perform work to complete Additional Office Renovation Project, located at 234 Donald Street, Winnipeg, Manitoba for a Stipulated Price Contract, in accordance with the Contract Documents, as more fully described in the RFT document. Work included in Contract comprises: .1 Interior reconfiguration of Office and Collaborative Spaces on the 8 th and 9th floor. Bidders to note scope of Owner Supplied Items. .2 Remove and relocation of AV equipment. .3 Adjustment to existing carpet floor finish. .4 Demolition, construction, and adjustment to existing Mechanical and Electrical. .5 Construction will take place in an occupied space. Successful Bidder shall Provide a 50% Performance and 50% Labour & Materials Payment Bond. We have included herewith, the required security deposit (not less than 10%), Bid Bond (written in name of Owner) and Consent of Surety (agreement to bond) as required by the Instruction to Bidders. Project no- MPI RFT3314, Question Deadline 06/04/2024 Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
