As of July 17, 2024 project was awarded to Dieckhoff City Park Improvements, but awarded amount is not available. The proposed work generally includes the following: The provision of approximately 1,300 LF of 6' trail and a 50'x100' asphalt parking lot, including grading and related work, as described in the project documents to be located in Dieckhoff City Park in Diamond MO. Bidders are informed that all contractors are subject to full compliance with all applicable laws, ordinances, rules and regulations, and it is not the intent of the owner to arbitrarily dismiss any authorities. Wage rates paid on construction work for this project shall be at least equal to the prevailing wage rates as specified in the project documents and determined by the Missouri Department of Labor and Industrial Relations. Attention of Bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed and minimum wage rates to be paid under the contract, Section 3-DBE, Segregated Facility, Section 109, and E.O. 11246. MBE and WBE bidders are encouraged to bid. The Contractor and his subcontractors will be obligated not to discriminate in employment practices. The bidder to whom a contract is awarded will be required to furnish a performance bond and a payment bond on the forms provided, payable to the Owner, and in the amount of 100 percent of the contract price. The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
