Renovation of an educational facility in Blacksburg, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Award: BSN Sports , $49,024.56 The Cherokee County School District is requesting quotes from qualified vendors to upgrade the football locker room at Blacksburg Middle School per the specifications provided. DIRECT INQUIRIES TO: Heather Maples, Procurement Coordinator, in writing via email - heather.maples@cherokee1.org For security reasons, all prospective bidders shall immediately upon arrival at a location, report to the front office. All visitors to District locations shall show business and government issued photo identification at the school's front office and wear a site issued visitor's pass during the site visit. 5. Contractor shall supply all materials needed to implement the agreed upon work. 6. All equipment used on this project shall meet OSHA standards for safety and any other federal, state, or local laws. 7. Under no circumstances shall the Contractor fraternize with District students or school staff. 8. Contractor employees will have no convictions for violent crimes (homicide, rape, robbery, assault, sexual offense, etc.) or property crimes (burglary, larceny, shoplifting, etc.) for the last ten years. . Flooring: Specifications of locker room: 23 x 46 (1,058 sq ft) Remove and dispose of existing tile flooring. Floor must be resurfaced and leveled prior to install of new flooring. Install new 1/4 inch rubber athletic flooring (Color: Black) Clean work site thoroughly. 2. Lockers: Vendor must remove existing lockers. Vendor must install seventy-four (74) black metal lockers. Lockers must be 1.6 ft deep, 1 ft wide, and 5 ft tall. Vendor must clean work site
