Renovation of a municipal facility in Blacksburg, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Cherokee County is seeking bids for the renovation of 2 storefronts within a strip mall located at 301 W Cherokee Street. These renovations include light framing work using 3 5/8" metal studs, light plumbing work to cap some existing plumbing, light electrical to move wiring and lighting fixtures, drywall/painting, trim work, flooring installation, ceiling tile work, and cleaning work. The pass-through window product to be used is the following or an approved similar product: Quikserv TW-9340-CXClick To Copy Ticket Window With Deal Tray 48" W x 48" H Size Non-Ballistic Bullet Resistant Clear Anodized Finish The laminate/vinyl flooring and neutral paint is to be builder grade. The ceiling grid tile is to match existing in the building. The base molding is to be 3" building grade trim. Any new doors are to be hollow core 4 panel 3/0x6/0 doors, single bore.
