Sir/ Ma'am, I am soliciting for a roof replacement at the Trout Creek Ranger Station located approximately 2 hours NW of Missoula, MT. The magnitude of the project is between $100,000- $250,000. The goal of this project is to provide a new roof and gutter systems for the Main Office at theTrout Creek Ranger Station. The work consists of removing the existing asphalt shingled roof and all underlayment materials, replacing damaged roof decking, and installing a complete asphalt shingle roofing system. The work also includes the removal of the existing rain gutters, fascia and soffits, replacing damaged or improperly installed sub fascia, installing new metal facia, installing new metal soffits, and installing new gutters and downs spouts. All work will be performed on the main office located at the Trout Creek Ranger Station Background The existing roof on the Ranger Station was constructed with inferior materials and improper construction techniques which have shortened the lifespan of the roof system.
