-------------Amendment 0001---------------------- This is an Amendment for Questions and Answers located in an attachment. ------------ End of Amendment 0001------------- This solicitation is for fire alarm testing at Trapper Creek Job Corps Conversation Center, located in, Darby, Montana, 59829. This requirement will be a base plus four (4) option year contract. Annual fire alarm inspections services in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). Contractor will conduct yearly Fire Detection and Alarm System Inspection and Testing in according with all applicable Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards, federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and requirements regarding worker safety while performing work at the Center. This project is located at the Trapper Creek Job Corps Center Campus located approximately 10 miles south of Darby, Montana. The address is 5139 West Fork Rd, Darby, Montana 59829. Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and other incidentals necessary to successfully complete all Inspection and Testing Of Fire Alarm Systems shown in the Schedule of Items. Base Year Services - June 25, 2024, Through June 24, 2025 Option Year One Services - June 25, 2025, Through June 24, 2026 Option Year Two Services - June 25, 2026, Through June 24, 2027 Option Year Three Services - June 25, 2027, Through June 24, 2028 Option Year Four Services - June 25, 2028, through June 24, 2029 Submission of questions are due 1630 PM Pacific Time on 04 June 2024.Address questions about this solicitation to gary.durham@usda.gov and dennis.cantrell@usda.gov .
