The Upson County Board of Commissioners is seeking a qualified contractor to lead the rehabilitation of the physical structure of Andrews Chapel School. Andrews Chapel School (the "School") is a historic structure that at one time in Upson County (the "County") served as a one room schoolhouse. The School was initially constructed in 1912. The school is an important icon representing education in the early engineering and environmental consulting firms qualified to complete environmental consultation requirements associated with the Painted Rocks Dam Rehabilitation Project. The Montana Department of Natural Resources and Conservation State Water Project Bureau (SWPB) is seeking a Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from engineering and environmental consulting firms qualified to complete environmental consultation requirements associated with the Painted Rocks Dam Rehabilitation Project located twenty-two miles south of Darby in Ravalli County, MT. The SWPB will evaluate proposals from firms desiring to be considered for this project. The consultant's work will generally consist of familiarizing themselves with existing information, coordination of stakeholder and public meetings, coordination of NEPA consultation, and MEPA preparation and publishing. Respondents having questions or requiring clarification or interpretation of any section of RFQ should contact the DNRC SWPB Project Manager prior to March 25, 2022. Questions received after the deadline may not be considered. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
