The work requires the temporary uninstallation of existing water heaters and furnace units prior to flooring removal, and their reinstallation after the new flooring is laid. Additionally, mold remediation is required in building 11 (dorm 2), including remediation in the wall, on the floor, and in the crawlspace where previous plumbing leaks have been addressed and the wall has been opened. After mold remediation, new gypsum board is to be installed, finished, and painted, and new carpet tiles are to be laid where flooring is removed for remediation.
