Overaa Construction partnered with Dreyfuss + Blackford Architects is pursuing Alameda County Facilities Needs Priority 1 Program Design-Build Package #1. We are seeking Subcontractor proposals for scopes including but not limited to: selective demolition, concrete, miscellaneous metals (railings and metal stairs), rough carpentry, finish carpentry, casework, insulation, roofing, clay tile roofing, skylights, gutters and downspouts, roof hatch, flashing, waterproofing, joint sealants, firestop, glazing, stained glass, doors, frames, door hardware, metal stud framing, gypsum board, plaster, acoustic ceilings, flooring, tile, paint, toilet partitions, toilet accessories, fire extinguisher cabinets and fire extinguishers, roller shades, fire suppression systems, plumbing, HVAC, HVAC controls, electrical, fire alarm, asphalt paving, site concrete, striping. This project has a 20% Small, Local and Emerging Business (SLEB) requirement. All SLEB subcontractors are highly encouraged to participate. Overaa asks all Small and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise subcontractors to participate. This project is made up of 16 sub-projects ten of which are on the Fairmont Hospital campus in San Leandro, one elsewhere in San Leandro, two in Hayward, and three in Oakland. None are HCAI / OSHPD. All but one of these will be in operation during construction and work must be closely coordinated with building occupants.
