Scope: The project, in general, consists of implementing water pollution control; removing and pruning trees (traditional means and via helicopter); recycling all resulting vegetation material; planting native trees; furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, mechanical workmanship, transportation and services, and all miscellaneous work necessary to complete said project.
