The following defines the services necessary to complete this project; however, the final scope of services will be negotiated with the selected company and may be subject to change. Contract term: June-September 2024. Location: City of Batavia The City of Batavia's Department of Water & Wastewater is requesting bid proposals for services to complete a lead service line inventory. The scope of required services is described below. The City of Batavia has an estimated 4700 service lines of unknown material of which 400 must be surveyed and identified. Questions should be directed to the Department of Water & Wastewater at (585) 345-6324. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive any irregularities in the bidding.
