NMDOT - Bridge Rehabilitation This Project is located in DeBaca County in District 2 and is situated in the Fort Sumner Basin. The Contractor is required to abide by the water laws of the State and the rules and regulations of the Office of the State Engineer when appropriating water. The Project will require Six thousand (6,000) gallons of water, therefore, a three acre-foot permit should supply ample water for the Contractor's needs.
