Work necessary to rehabilitate and reconnect the existing 6” sewer line that runs north/south through the Fort Sumner School Campus. The work includes installation of approximately 570 LF of 6” HDPE DR 17; pipe bursting of approximately 400 linear feet of existing 6” sewer line including reconnection of all associated service lines; manhole rehab for two existing 4’ diameter manholes; removal and replacement of one existing 4’ manhole; installation of two new 4’ diameter manholes; and restoration of all existing surfaces impacted by the work. In addition, the work includes reconnection of the sewer from the elementary school building to the new 6” HDPE DR 17 sewer line and restoration of all internal building features impacted by re-routing including the replacement of 28,620 SF of flooring. The 400 LF of the existing sewer line that runs under the elementary school building is also to be abandoned and filled. Prospective bidders are required to register with the designated website by providing company and contact information. Bidding documents are available for download from the project tracker site, and all questions regarding the project must be submitted through the tracker site. Responses to questions will be posted in the Addenda section and bidders will be notified via email. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is required.
