Except as otherwise provided by law, award will be made to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder, and all bidders will be advised of the bid results. A Purchase Order will be generated at the time of award without further input from the successful bidder. Awarded vendor will be sent a copy of this document and no work will be authorized until the vendor is in receipt of the Purchase Order. Bond Notes: A bid guarantee or bond is not required. Clear and grub road corridor, grade road sub-base, place base material and new stone surface on a 3.15-mile long section of existing roads on state game lands. This project involves the maintenance of a 13,713-feet (2.60-miles) long section of Seven Mile Road and 2,926-feet (0.55-miles) long section of Little Railroad Grade Road on State Game Lands (SGL) #127.
