Site work and paving for a road / highway in Elizabethville, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The Elizabethville Borough 2024 Road Program will consist of payment repair for Cherry Road, Lyter Street, and Arch Street. The items of work are identified more specifically in the Project Specifications. The entire project will be awarded to one (1) Contractor. Question Deadline 06/05/2024 at 11:00 AM ET Questions must be submitted, via PennBID Online. A Certified Check or Bank Draf, Payable to the Order of Elizabethville Borough, Negotiable Us Government Bonds (at Par Value), or Satisfactory Bid Bond Executed by the Bidder and Acceptable Surety in the Amount of 10% of the Total Bid of Construction Shall Be Submitted With Each Bid. The Successful Bidder Will Be Required to Furnish and Pay for Satisfactory Performance and Payment Bond, Each in the Amount of 100% of the Contract Price With a Corporate Surety Approved by the Owner. Pa Prevailing Wage Rates Apply. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding
