Site work and asbestos abatement for an educational facility in Elizabethville, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility; and for asbestos abatement for a educational facility.
All sealed proposals shall be submitted to the "Owner", Ken Wert, Buildings and Grounds Supervisor, one (1) original and two (2) copies in a sealed envelope clearly marked on the outside with the name of the Bidder and Sealed Bid for "Upper Dauphin ASD High School Asbestos Abatement". Proposal shall be mailed via USPS, shipped via FedEx or UPS, or delivered to "Owner" and received not later than the date & time stated above. Oral, telephonic (facsimile, e-mail or telex), or telegraphic bids are invalid and will not receive consideration. The two-month abatement project will consist of removal of asbestos containing floor tile and associated mastic via grinding. Prevailing wage rates, are mandatory for this project. Mountain Environmental will be responsible for submitting abatement notification, project oversite, daily air monitoring via PCM, visual and TEM clearance. The Upper Dauphin Area School District has the right to accept or refuse any and all bids or portions of bids submitted for this project.
