Although a firm timeline has not yet been established, this project could be On-Hold for at least 12-18 months for some type of reset. Men's Level V Correctional Facility - Early Trades (BEST-VALUE SELECTION) - Mechanical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, Electrical, Security Electronics, Low Voltage Systems, Detention Equipment, Security Fences & Gates, Modular Precast Concrete Cells, and Precast Concrete Suppliers will be selected via a 2-PHASE process* *PHASE 1 includes a submission of qualitative proposals due on June 7, 2024, by 3:00PM CST. ---- Shortlisted trade partners will be notified on/before June 21, 2024 *Shortlisted Trade Partners will then proceed with a PHASE2 estimate submission based on Design Development documents due on July 19, 2024, by 3:00PM CST ---- Recipients of the estimate submission will be determined later and will be provided to Shortlisted Trade Partners.
