As of July 22, 2024, No Award, Award approval should be around August 16th** The work shall consist of 117 full water service replacement from the existing water main to building or residence throughout the Village of Pentwater. Additionally, 39 private side water service replacements shall occur from the right-of-way to the building or residence to the first shut-off valve inside the buildingor 18-inches into the building, whichever is shorter. Work shall also include removing the existing water meters in the yard (if present) and placing a new water meter in the house. Existing meters in the house will also be replaced. Replacement of curb stops, corporation stops, landscape/yard repair, driveway repair, sidewalk repair, curb and gutter repair, roadway repair, traffic control, and all related work will encompass this scope of work. The date the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidders date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. The Village of Pentwater reserves the right to accept any bid, reject any or all bids, to waive informalities and make the award in any manner deemed in the best interest of the Village of Pentwater.
