Renovation of a municipal facility in Ormond Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
**As of August 14, 2024, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Services shall include maintenance, testing, repair and replacement of fire hydrants and valves within the City of Ormond Beach service area. The work is specified in the Project Manual and Appendix. The City reserves the following rights: to waive informalities in any bid/proposal/quote; to reject any or all bids/proposals/quotes or portions of bids/proposals/quotes; to accept any bid/proposal/quote or portions of bids/proposals/quotes deemed to be in the best interest of the City; and to negotiate or refuse to negotiate with any offer. Question Deadline 06/17/2024 Submit questions regarding this Bid to the City's Purchasing Coordinator, Rob Hart, by e-mailing rob.hart@ormondbeach.org Any questions concerning conditions and specifications shall be directed to the Purchasing Coordinator. Those interpretations which may affect the eventual outcome of this Bid will be furnished in writing to all prospective Bidders. No interpretation shall be considered binding unless provided in writing by the City of Ormond Beach.
