Grant Compliance Services for FEMA HMGP/FMA Projects. The City of Ormond Beach, Florida, is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to provide assistance with all aspects of grant management and compliance for FEMA flood mitigation projects specific to structure elevations, demolition/reconstruction, acquisition, stormwater and drainage improvements. These services will be needed for projects previously submitted and possibly, new grant projects identified. The consultant must be familiar and experienced with 2 CFR 200, the mandatory FEMA guidelines for grant compliance. Scope of Work The City of Ormond Beach, Florida, is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to provide assistance with all aspects of grant management and compliance for FEMA flood mitigation projects specific to structure elevations, demolition/reconstruction, acquisition, stormwater and drainage improvements. These services will be needed for projects previously submitted and possibly, new grant projects identified. The consultant must be familiar and experienced with 2 CFR 200, the mandatory FEMA guidelines for grant compliance. The City reserves the following rights: to waive informalities in any bid/proposal/quote; to reject any or all bids/proposals/quotes or portions of bids/proposals/quotes; to accept any bid/proposal/quote or portions of bids/proposals/quotes deemed to be in the best interest of the City; and to negotiate or refuse to negotiate with any offer. The City of Ormond Beach reserves the right to reject Submittals containing any additional terms or conditions not specifically requested in the original conditions and specifications.
